Photovoltaic power station with Capacity - 100 kW. Situated in the village Bedzhene, municipality Novi Pazar. Photovoltaic power station for production of electricity by converting solar energy and sell it to the electricity distribution companies. At current depletion of oil and gas resources, increasing global demands and rising energy prices worldwide, governments stimulate investment in alternative energy sources. I. General economic and financial parameters for the photovoltaic power plant 100kW. - Required building area ≈ 3 acres; - Estimated total cost ≈ € 270 000; - Pure income after act 16 ≈ 4000 € / month; - Repayment period - 7 years (with funding from its own resources); - Period of exploitation - 25 years; - Expected profit from the investment - 18 years x 12 months x 4000 € = 846 000 €. The Programme for Rural Region Development provides subsidies for investment in energy production from solar energy sources, measure 311 "Diversification into non-agricultural activities". The subsidy amount to 80 percent of the cost of the project, but no more than 200 000 €. - EU funding - 200 000 € (free) + own funds 70 000 €; - Repayment period - ≈ 1 year and 6 months (own funds); - Expected profit from the investment - 23 years and 6 months x 12 months x 4000 € = 1 128 000 €. II. Risks of the investment. This is one of the safest investments now. Photovoltaic power station maintenance is cheap and simple. The project includes a "security service" with the fences, security systems and cameras, there is the potential of remote control online from anywhere in the world with Internet access at any time. III. Stages of design, construction, financing and commissioning of the photovoltaic power station. 1. Purchase of the two plots (with the total area 2960 square meters) in the village of Bedzhene bordering the village’s transformer, which is another plus, because there will be no additional costs for transmission of energy. – 9 750 €.
